Vijay Stambh is located in Soudhani village, four kilometers south of the district headquarters. According to the Archeology Department and historians, these pillars represent the victory of King Yashodharman over the Huns and the governance of the king, whose jurisdiction (dominion) was Lauhitya. (Brahmaputra) to Mahendra Parvat (Ganjam) district and from the Himalayas to the Western Sea.
